ABOUT ME
With more than two decades of leadership in hospitality, alcohol regulation, and security operations, I have dedicated my career to improving safety and accountability within nightlife environments. My experience began in the bar and nightclub sector, managing and training security teams across more than 20 high-volume venues throughout the country. These roles allowed me to develop advanced training programs in de-escalation, conflict prevention, and responsible customer management systems that remain in use across multiple brands today.
As my expertise grew, I transitioned into executive leadership, overseeing operations, development, and safety compliance for major entertainment companies including Western Entertainment Management and Headliners Entertainment. I also founded several hospitality ventures across the U.S., leading concept design, alcohol licensing, and venue operations.
Beyond hospitality, my work extends to the medical and recreational cannabis industry, where I advise clients on licensing, compliance, and high-security infrastructure for cultivation and distribution. My combined knowledge of alcohol service, law enforcement coordination, and risk mitigation provides a strong foundation for expert witness testimony.

He has designed, trained, and managed safety procedures across more than 50 venues nationwide.
In addition to hospitality, Silver has served as a consultant for medical and recreational cannabis businesses across the United States and the Caribbean, developing licensing applications, compliance systems, and security programs for large-scale cultivation and retail operations.
A former U.S. Army Intelligence Specialist, Silver applies the same discipline and precision from his military background to every project.
