ABOUT ME
For more than two decades, I have worked at the intersection of hospitality management, behavioral science, and safety compliance. My background includes managing large-capacity venues, training front-line staff, and developing procedures that improve guest safety through awareness and anticipation rather than reaction. I’ve witnessed how preparation, leadership, and empathy prevent escalation and how compliance transforms risk into consistency.
My work began in hospitality management, where I learned the operational challenges of nightclubs, bars, and entertainment spaces. Over time, I developed a passion for understanding crowd behavior how emotion, environment, and leadership shape decision-making during peak activity. This understanding now forms the foundation of my consulting and expert witness services.
